Black Limba Electric Guitar

This beautiful piece of Black Limba wood that caps both the guitar body and head stock is just one of many woods that were used in the building of this electric guitar. Included are Khaya, Black Limba, Padauk, and Wenge, all tone woods from Africa. A fret-board made of blood wood from South America adds to the excellent tone, the smooth comfortable neck and the exotic look for this instrument. My build process requires a minimum amount of waste out of respect for these valuable materials.
